Refund Policy

We have a no exchange and return policy, except in the following cases:

– The product received is damaged.

– The product received is different from what was ordered.

If either of the above conditions is met, customers must apply for a refund within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate the refund process, please:

– Create an unboxing video without any cuts.

– Send the video, images, and necessary proofs in good quality to info@wandfragrance.com within 24 hours of delivery.

– Include your order number, bill, reason for return, and preference for refund or exchange.

To ensure safe transit, please:

– Pack items in the original brand box, securely taped.

– If the original box is not available, arrange for a sturdy and safe corrugated box.

– Our customer care agent will schedule a pickup date and time within 3-4 business days.

– Be available at the given address for proper handover.

Once we receive the product and verify its eligibility for refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

For returns, the product must be:

– In its original packaging, as received at the time of delivery.

– Unopened and unused.

– In resaleable condition.

– We won’t be responsible for any damage after delivery of the product.

– No return requests will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.
